When an item purchased from our store or website is found to be broken or damaged within the warranty period, you have the following options:

Note: Claimed or Warrenty Article must be returned to shipper, dealer or outlet.

The claim amount will be adjusted against the new invoice only. Customer pays the return shipping fee.
    2. Option 2: Customer can also get breakage claim from the nearest registered dealer of the specified brand against the purchased item at the rate of 35{4219e22e33c19d5440455b15030b1c44398d6c96341e4365a669c46be4d65af6}.

Claim Requirements:

    • To claim the warranty, you must provide the damaged or broken chair, table, or item to the brand’s outlet.

Seller’s Role:

    • As a seller, we will guide you through the warranty claim process.
    • However, please note that we are not responsible for changes in the brand’s warranty policy or any activities beyond our control.
